A man in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh has been arrested by the police, 21 years after he was accused of an acid attack on a 14-year-old girl. The arrest was made possible due to the intervention of Rajiv Krishna, the then Additional Director General (ADG) of Agra, who ordered the registration of the case in January 2023.
