उत्तर प्रदेश के बालिया में कुछ युवकों के द्वारा मनाए जा रहे बर्थडे का जश्न का वीडियो वायरल हो गया है. जश्न के दौरान युवक भूल गए कायदा-कानून. गाड़ी के छत पर केक तलवार से काटा गया है बंदुक से फायरिंग की गई. जिसपर यूपी पुलिस ने संज्ञान लेते हुए तलवार से केक काटने वाले को गिरफ्तार कर लिया है. देखें वीडियो.
