यूपी निकाय चुनाव में OBC आरक्षण रद्द, HC की लखनऊ बेंच ने सुनाया फैसला

उत्तर प्रदेश में होने वाले नगर निकाय चुनाव को लेकर इलाहाबाद हाई कोर्ट की लखनऊ बेंच ने मंगलवार को अहम फैसला सुनाया. हाई कोर्ट ने बिना ओबीसी आरक्षण के नगर निकाय चुनाव कराने का फैसला सुना दिया है. कोर्ट ने कहा कि जब तक ट्रिपल टेस्ट न हो, तब तक ओबीसी आरक्षण नहीं होगा. ज्यादा जानकारी के लिए देखें ये वीडियो.

The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court gave an important decision on Tuesday regarding the municipal elections to be held in Uttar Pradesh. The High Court has given its decision to conduct municipal elections without OBC reservation. The verdict was passed by a division bench of Justice DK Upadhyay and Justice Saurav Lavania.
