Pegasus Spyware Case की होगी जांच, SC ने ठुकराया केंद्र सरकार का हलफनामा, जानिए कोर्ट में क्या-क्या हुआ

पेगासस जासूसी मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अहम आदेश दिया है. इसमें कहा गया है कि पेगासस जासूसी मामले की जांच एक्सपर्ट कमेटी करेगी. इसे 8 हफ्ते में रिपोर्ट देनी है. बता दें कि कोर्ट में दायर याचिकाओं में स्वतंत्र जांच की मांग की गई थी. चीफ जस्टिस एनवी रमणा, जस्टिस सूर्य कांत और जस्टिस हिमा कोहली की बेंच ने इसपर फैसला सुनाया. कोर्ट ने कहा कि लोगों की विवेकहीन जासूसी बिल्कुल मंजूर नहीं है. जानिए कोर्ट में और क्या-क्या हुआ.

The Supreme Court on Wednesday appointed a committee of experts to inquire into the alleged use of Israeli spyware Pegasus for surveillance of Indian citizens. A bench comprising Chief Justice N V Ramana and Justices Surya Kant and Hima Kohli said the three-member committee will be headed by former apex court judge RV Raveendran. Citing national security, the Centre had refused to file a detailed affidavit in the matter.
