उत्तर प्रदेश के संत कबीरनगर में थानों के निरीक्षण पर डीआईजी निकले थे. कोतवाली खलीलाबाद में उन्होंने पुलिस वालों से उनके हथियार चलाने के लिए कहा, ये इसलिए कहा क्योंकि वो देखना चाहते थे कि आपात स्थिति में अपराधियों का सामना करने के लिए पुलिसवाले तैयार हैं कि नहीं.
