महाराष्ट्र में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर, आंकड़ों से समझें ताजा हालात

देश में सबसे ज्यादा चिंताजनक हालत महाराष्ट्र की है. जहां अकेले देश के 50 फीसदी से ज्यादा कोरोना के मामले हैं. केंद्र सरकार खुलकर कह रही है कि महाराष्ट्र में कोरोना की दूसरी लहर की शुरू हो चुकी है. महाराष्ट्र में सबसे ज्यादा कोरोना के 23 लाख 29 हजार 464 केस आए हैं. जिसमें से 1 लाख 30 हजार 547 सक्रिय हैं. ठीक हुए मरीजों की संख्या 21 लाख है और राज्य में 52909 लोग कोरोना की भेंट चढ़ चुके हैं.

A central team has warned that Maharashtra is at the "beginning" of a second Covid-19 wave prompting the Union government to tell the worst hit state on Tuesday to focus on strict containment strategies even as India recorded over 20,000 coronavirus cases for the sixth consecutive day. "Maharashtra is in the beginning of a second wave of Covid-19 pandemic," according to the central team report.
