अधीर रंजन चौधरी ने कहा कि आज हम ऐतिहासिक घटना के साक्षी बनने जा रहे हैं. अंग्रेजी हुकूमत से लेकर हमारी आजादी में अब तक हमने इस संसद के शानदार पल को अनुभव किया है. बाबा साहेब आंबेडकर ने हमें 395 आर्टिकल दिए हैं. इस अवसर का लाभ उठाते हुए, बिना किसी मलाल के और बिना कुछ कहे, मुझे कहना होगा कि मैं इस मंच पर खड़े होकर ऊंचा और उत्साहित महसूस कर रहा हूं.
