भारत के पूर्व क्रिकेटर सुनील गावस्कर ने एक बयान दिया है और उन्होंने कहा है कि अगर पाकिस्तान की टीम फाइनल में इंग्लैंड को हरा कर वर्ल्ड कप जीत जाती है तो बाबर वर्ष 2048 तक यानी आज से 26 साल बाद पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री बन जाएंगे, जिस तरह इमरान ख़ान 1992 का वर्ल्ड कप जीतने के 26 साल बाद वर्ष 2018 में पाकिस्तान के प्रधानमंत्री बने थे. देखें ये रिपोर्ट.
