उत्तर प्रदेश के मेरठ के केएमसी अस्पताल में एक दिन के अंदर 8 लोगों की मौत ऑक्सीजन की कमी के चलते हो गई. बीती रात को इस केएमसी अस्पताल में ऑक्सीजन खत्म होने से हड़कंप मच गया था. आधी रात को ही स्वास्थ्य विभाग के अधिकारी निजी अस्पताल पहुंचे और ऑक्सीजन मंगाई गई. मेरठ के सीएमओ ने आश्वासन दिया कि किसी भी हाल में ऑक्सीजन की कमी नहीं होने दी जाएगी. वहीं, अस्पताल प्रशासन का कहना है कि उसे ऑक्सीजन की सप्लाई नहीं मिल पा रही है. मेरठ के न्यूटीमा अस्पताल ने तो बाहर नोटिस लगा दिया है कि अब वह मरीजों को भर्ती नहीं कर सकते क्योंकि उनके पास बेड ही नहीं है. इतना ही नहीं अस्पताल ने साफ-साफ नोटिस में कह दिया है कि उनके पास ऑक्सीजन की किल्लत है इसलिए अपने मरीजों को इलाज के लिए कहीं और ले जाएं. देखिए वीडियो.
