Stubble Burning: पंजाब में पराली जलाने के मामलों में इजाफा, लोगों की जिंदगी से हो रहा खिलवाड़

एक बार फिर पराली के धुएं ने पूरे उत्तर भारत को अपनी चपेट में ले लिया है. दिल्ली में पराली को लेकर जब शोर हुआ तो गुजरे सालों में पंजाब की सरकार ने किसानों को पराली प्रबंधन में वित्तीय मदद देने का एलान किया था. लेकिन किसानों का आरोप है कि वायदों और जमीनी सच्चाई में जमीन आसमान का फर्क है. आलम ऐसा है मानों शहर का शहर गैस चैंबर में तब्दील हो गया है. देखें.

In the past years, when there was noise about stubble burning in Delhi, Punjab government had announced to provide financial help to the farmers in stubble management.
