जेएनयू के निलंबित छात्रों ने प्रोफेसरों को स्कूल में दाखिल होने से रोका

जेएनयू की अकादमिक परिषद की बैठक को बाधित करने के मामले में जेएनयू प्रशासन द्वारा निलंबित किए गए छात्रों ने सोमवार को यूनिवर्सिटी बंद का आगाज किया था.

इसके चलते सोमवार को जेएनयू के लगभग सभी स्कूलों में पढ़ाई ठप्प रही. इस जेएनयू बंद में वैसे तो वामपंथी शिक्षकों का अप्रत्यक्ष समर्थन था, लेकिन जो प्रोफेसर अपने स्कूलों में दाखिल होना भी चाहते थे, उन्हें भी निलंबित छात्रों और उनके समर्थन में खड़े जेएनयू छात्रों ने स्कूल के अंदर नहीं जाने दिया.

इन्हीं में से एक हैं प्रोफेसर मकरंद परांजपे. जब प्रोफेसर परांजपे स्कूल ऑफ लैंग्वेज में दाखिल होना चाहते थे, तो निलंबित छात्रों ने उन्हें यूनिवर्सिटी बंद के नाम पर स्कूल में दाखिल होने से रोक दिया. निलंबित छात्रों और प्रोफेसर परांजपे के बीच जो भी बातचीत हुई उसका जिक्र प्रो परांजपे ने एक के बाद एक ट्वीट करके किया.

Security was so ineffective; it was their responsibility to ensure that those who wanted to go inside the building should be allowed.

In the end, I myself offered satyagraha. I sat down, held the feet of the two students to push them away from the door. 🤣

हालांकि बाद में निलंबित छात्रों से लंबी बहस के बाद परांजपे स्कूल में दाखिल होने में कामयाब हुए.

दरअसल जेएनयू ने पिछले साल 26 दिसंबर को एक अकादमिक परिषद की बैठक को कथित तौर पर बाधित करने के मामले में 11 छात्रों को निलंबित किया था. जेएनयू छात्रों का आरोप है कि AC मीटिंग बिना बहस एमफिल, पीएचडी के वाइवा वेटेज वाले एजेंडे को पास कर दिया गया और विरोध करने पर छात्रों को निलंबित कर दिया गया. इसलिए निलंबित छात्रों का ये संघर्ष जारी रहेगा.

निलंबित छात्रों में से एक छात्रा भोपाली ने तो AC मीटिंग में वाइवा वेटेज पर लिए गए फैसले को वापस नहीं लेने पर 9 फरवरी को आत्मदाह करने की भी धमकी दी है.

तो वही निलंबित छात्रों ने प्रशासन की उदासीनता को देखते हुए जेएनयू बंद करने के बाद मंगलवार को प्रशासनिक भवन को भी पूरी तरह बंद करने की योजना पर समर्थन जुटाना शुरू कर दिया है.
