12 घंटे के अंदर 3-3 भूकंप आने से तुर्की के 10 बड़े शहर तबाह हो गए. तुर्की में रिक्टर स्केल पर सबसे बड़ा भूकंप 7.8 तीव्रता का आया. माना जा रहा है कि पिछले 100 सालों में इससे बड़ा भूकंप तुर्की में नहीं आया. आशंका है कि इस प्राकृतिक आपदा में 10 हजार लोग मारे जा सकते हैं.
