समंदर में ताऊते तूफान के बीच दिल्ली और उत्तर भारत के राज्यों में मौसम का मूड खराब है. दिल्ली मे बीती रात से बारिश ने रिकार्ड तोड़ दिए हैं और पूरे शहर में सड़कों पर जैसे नदियां उफान मार रही है. बारिश के चलते दिल्ली में तापमान में भी भारी गिरावट दर्ज की गई है. न्यूनतम तापमान 23 डिग्री तक जा गिरा. मौसम विभाग के मुताबिक, आज भी दिल्ली में बारिश का एलर्ट है. दिल्ली बारिश से भीगी तो गाजियाबाद- गुरुग्राम -नोएडा समेत उत्तर भारत के शहरों में भी आसमान बारिश के बादलों से भरा पड़ा है. कई जगहों पर बरसात से मौसम ने अपना रुख दिखा दिया है. देखें
