जापान इस वक्त मौसम के आक्रमण से जूझ रहा है- देश की जान निकालती बेकाबू हवाएं हर कहीं कहर बरपा रही हैं. हालत ये है कि पूरे देश में बुलेट ट्रेन पर ब्रेक लग गया है और अबतक के सबसे बड़े तूफान जेबी के जबड़े में जापान फंसा हुआ है. जापान ने इससे पहले ऐसा तेज तूफान नहीं झेला- दो सौ किलोमीटर से भी ज्यादा की रफ्तार वाले तूफान से जापान की चूलें हिल गईं है.
