दाऊद (Dawood ibrahim) के करीबी एजाज लकड़ावाला (Ejaz Lakdawala) को गिरफ्तार कर लिया गया है. गिरफ्तारी के बाद एजाज करके मुंबई लाकर कोर्ट में पेश किया गया है. 21 जनवरी तक उसे पुलिस रिमांड में भेज दिया गया है. इससे पहले मुंबई क्राइम ब्रांच की एंटी एक्सटॉर्शन सेल (AEC) ने एजाज लकड़वाला की बेटी सोनिया लकड़वाला को जबरन वसूली के दूसरे मामले में गिरफ्तार किया गया था.
