दुनिया के सबसे बड़े वैक्सीनेशन अभियान का आज चौथा दिन है. देशभर में अब तक 3,81,305 को टीका लगाया जा चुका है. केंद्रीय स्वास्थ्य मंत्रालय के अनुसार वैक्सीनेशन के बाद अब तक 580 लोगों में साइड इफेक्ट का मामला सामने आया है. इस दौरान 7 लोगों को अस्पताल में भर्ती कराया गया है. वहीं टीकाकरण के बाद दो लोगों की मौत का भी सामने आया है. स्वास्थ्य विभाग के मुताबिक इन दोनों की मौत की वजह वैक्सीन नहीं है. देखें रिपोर्ट.
