नीतीश कुमार सरकार ने अप्रैल 2016 में बिहार में शराबबंदी लागू की थी. ये जानते हुए भी कि इससे राज्य सरकार का खज़ाना 4 हजार करोड़ रुपए कम हो जाएगा. लेकिन शराबबंदी के बाद भी बिहार से जब-तब शऱाब की खरीद-फरोख्त की खबरें आती रहीं. पिछले छह सालों में शराब बंदी का कानून तोड़ने वाले करीब चार लाख लोगों पर मुकदमा भी दर्ज हुआ और वो जेल भी गए. देखें शम्स के साथ वारदात.
