जानिए SC में क्यों टली उमर अब्दुल्ला पर PSA मामले की सुनवाई

जम्मू कश्मीर में हिरासत में रखे गए नेशनल कॉन्फ्रेंस नेता उमर अब्दुल्ला पर सुनवाई आज टल गई. उमर की बहन सारा पायलट अब्दुल्ला ने उन पर पीएसए लगाए जाने के खिलाफ सुप्रीम कोर्ट में याचिका दी थी, जिस पर आज सुनवाई थी लेकिन तीन जजों की बेंच से एक जज ने खुद को इस मामले से अलग कर लिया. अगली सुनवाई 14 फरवरी को होगी.

Supreme Court judge Justice MM Shantanagoudar on Wednesday recused himself from hearing the plea on NC leader detention of Omar Abdullah. The plea was filed by Sara Abdullah Pilot, sister of Omar Abdullah, challenging his detention under the Jammu and Kashmir Public Safety Act (PSA). Watch the video for more information.
