Uttarakhand Video: उत्तराखंड में धारचूला के मवानी दवानी गांव का दर्द भरा मंजर देखा गया. यहां स्कूल के बच्चों को हर रोज जान हथेली पर रखकर मैनुअल रोपवे के जरिये गौरी नदी को पार करनी पड़ती है और उस रस्सी को खींचने का काम भी खुद ही करना पड़ता है. पिथौरागढ़ में जान हथेली पर लेकर नदी पार कर दूसरी तरफ स्कूल पहुंचते हैं. यहां बच्चे लकड़ी से बने ट्रॉली से नदी पार करते हैं. एक वक्त था जब यहां पुल बना भी था, लेकिन 2013 की आपदा ने उसे बहा दिया. फिर मशीन से चलने वाली ट्रॉलियां बनी जिसे 2019 की आपदा ने तबाह कर दिया. अब ये ऊपर से एक रस्सी और नीचे से रस्सी से झूलता लकड़ी के तख्ते से बनी ये इकलौती ट्रॉली है देखें आजतक संवाददाता अमित भारद्वाज और वीडियो जर्नलिस्ट दीपक विष्ट की ये एक्सक्लूसिव रिपोर्ट.
