अशोक सिंघल को किसी ने बताया अजातशत्रु तो किसी ने कहा हुआ राष्ट्र को नुकसान

विश्व हिंदू परिषद के संरक्षक अशोक सिंघल का मंगलवार दोपहर 2:24 बजे गुड़गांव के मेदांता अस्पताल में निधन हो गया. वह 89 साल के थे और लंबे समय से सांस से संबंधि‍त बीमारी से ग्रसित थे. तबीयत बिगड़ने के बाद उन्हें शुक्रवार देर रात अस्पताल में भर्ती किया गया था.

पर प्रधानमंत्री सहित कई लोगों ने अपनी श्रद्धांजलि दी है. प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने सिंघल के निधन पर प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी ने ट्वीट कर दुख प्रकट किया है. उन्होंने इसे व्यक्ति‍गत हानि बताया है. राजस्थान के राज्यपाल कल्याण सिंह ने विश्व हिन्दू परिषद के संरक्षक अशोक सिंघल के निधन पर गहरी संवेदना व्यक्त की.

सिंह ने जारी संवेदना सन्देश में कहा, ‘अशोक जी के निधन से समाज को अपूरणीय क्षति हुई है. उनका जीवन बहुत ही प्रेरणादायक था. वह अजातशत्रु थे. उनकी संकल्प शक्ति अद्भुत थी. सिंघल ने देश, समाज व संस्कृति की रक्षा के लिए जीवन भर तपस्या की.’ राज्यपाल ने दिवगंत आत्मा की शांति और शोक संतप्त परिजनों को इस दु:ख को सहन करने की शक्ति प्रदान करने के लिए परमात्मा से प्रार्थना की.

विहिप नेता का ICU में इलाज चल रहा था. हालांकि, रविवार सुबह उनके स्वास्थ्य में सकारात्मक बदलाव आए थे. उन्होंने अपनी आंखें खोली थीं और कुछ लोगों से मुलाकात भी की थी. बीजेपी अध्यक्ष अमित शाह, स्वास्थ्य मंत्री जेपी नड्डा समेत कई बड़े नेताओं ने इस बीच अस्पताल जाकर उनके स्वास्थ्य की जानकारी भी ली थी. पढ़ें सिंघल के निधन पर किसने क्या कहा.
