UNSC के इतिहास में ये 11वां मौका होगा जब संयुक्त राष्ट्र महासभा का विशेष सत्र बुलाने का निर्णय लिया गया है. हालांकि, इस बारे में जब मतदान प्रक्रिया अपनाई गई तो एक बार फिर भारत, चीन और यूएई ने वोटिंग में हिस्सा नहीं लिया जबकि इस बैठक में रूस को वीटो पावर का हक हासिल नहीं था लिहाजा, रूस भी मतदान प्रक्रिया में शामिल नहीं हुआ. देखें ये एपिसोड.
After four decades, an emergency meeting of the United Nations Security Council was held Sunday night on the Ukraine crisis. In this meeting, it was decided to convene a special session of UNGA.
