Prime Minister Narendra Modi delivered a coherent message on cross-country terrorism during his speech at the 76th UNGA on Saturday. Hinting at Pakistan, he said that nations using terrorism as a "political tool" should realise that it is an equally big threat for them as well. PM Modi said that oceans were also a shared heritage.
