Congress president Rahul Gandhi in his first election rally in poll-bound Chhattisgarh launched attack on PM Narendra Modi. He accused the PM Modi of ruining the country through demonetisation. Slamming demonetisation in a campaign rally in Kanker, Chhattisgarh, Congress president Rahul Gandhi said "All of you were standing in long queues during Demonetisation but not one black money holder was seen. Also, Nirav Modi, Vijay Mallya, Lalit Modi and Mehul Choksi ran away from the country with your money.
