An earthquake of a magnitude of 3.5 Richter scale hit Delhi-NCR on Sunday evening. Tremors were felt all across the national capital region. Reportedly, the earthquake hit Delhi at 5.45 pm on Sunday evening, prompting panic-stricken people to rush out of their houses. Its epicentre was in Wazirabad in northeast Delhi at the depth of 8 km. The tremors were also felt in neighbouring Noida, Ghaziabad and Faridabad.
