उत्तर प्रदेश में बारिश ने कई शहरों में जल निकासी की पोल खोल दी है. झांसी स्मार्ट सिटी में शामिल है, लेकिन वहां 18 घंटे की बारिश के बाद कई इलाकों में सड़कों की जगह नाव चल रही है. फर्रूखाबाद में गंगा और रामगंगा नदियों का जलस्तर बढ़ने से दोआबा क्षेत्र के दर्जनों गांव बाढ़ की चपेट में हैं. उधर गंगा और यमुना में उफान की वजह से प्रयागराज में बाढ़ का खतरा मंडरा रहा है. झांसी की गलियों में घरों में चार से पांच फीट तक पानी भरा हुआ है. सड़क पर पानी भरा होने की वजह से कई गाड़ियां पानी में फंस गईं हैं. यहां तक कि बाइक का भी पानी में चल पाना दूभर हो गया. शहर में पानी निकासी का कोई इंतजाम दिखाई नहीं दे रहा है. दावा तो स्मार्ट सिटी का था, लेकिन स्मार्ट सिटी तो लबालब हुई पड़ी है. देखें ये वीडियो.
