In Rajasthan, despite having degrees, Ph.D. degree holders are seeking jobs for the last three years. No lecturer has been recruited for the last 8 years in the state. The Chief Minister had promised Ph.D. degree holders to recruit lecturers 3 years ago, which he has now forgotten in lieu of giving employment. And now Ph.D. degree holders are wandering for jobs.
