Punjab Congress row has taken a new twist as the state unit's general secretary Pargat Singh has questioned the Punjab in-charge Harish Rawat and asked who gave him the right to take the decision about the state's leadership. Pargat Singh is believed to be close to Punjab Congress chief Navjot Singh Sidhu.
