विजयादशमी पर संघ प्रमुख ने हिंदुत्व की परिभाषा क्या समझाई, शिवसेना को अंदर तक चोट कर गया. दशहरे पर सुबह-सुबह मोहन भागवत ने हिंदुत्व का गुणगान किया, उसका मतलब समझाया और हिंदुत्व के मुल्य बताए लेकिन शाम ढलते-ढलते उद्धव ठाकरे ने अपने तीर तान दिए. उन्होंने कहा कि हिंदुत्व को बाहर वालों से नहीं बल्कि नव हिंदुत्ववादियों से खतरा है. साथ ही उनसे भी हैं जिन्होंने सत्ता हासिल करने के लिए हिंदुत्व की. महाराष्ट्र में सीएम की कुर्सी पर बैठने से पहले उद्धव ठाकरे के सुर हिंदुत्व को लेकर वैसे ही थे जैसे संघ और बीजेपी के लेकिन सियासी वक्त का पहिया घुमा तो लड़ाई हिंदुत्व के ध्वाजावाहक संघ से लेकर हिंदुत्व की सियासत करने वाली बीजेपी से ही शुरु हो गयी. हालात ये हो गए जिस मंच से कभी बालासाहेब ठाकरे कांग्रेस पर निशाना साधने के लिए करते थे , हिंदुत्व विरोधियों के खिलाफ करते थे, उसी मंच का इस्तेमाल उद्धव ने पीएम मोदी पर प्रहार करने के लिए किया. इसी मुद्दे पर बहस करते हुए पार्टी के प्रवक्ता एक दूसरे पर सियासी हमले करते दिखे. बृजमोहन श्रीवास्ताव बोले कि BJP बनियों का दल था, प्रेम शुक्ला ने कहा NCP ईसाइयों की पार्टी है. देखें ये वीडियो.
The political tussle over Hindutva has come to the fore in a new way. On the day of Dussehra, both Sangh chief Mohan Bhagwat and Shiv Sena chief Uddhav Thackeray addressed and their views on Hindutva were no less than an attack.
