उत्तर प्रदेश के हाथरस में हुए गैंगरेप कांड को लेकर मंगलवार को सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अपना फैसला सुनाया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने अभी केस के ट्रायल को राज्य से बाहर शिफ्ट करने से इनकार किया है, साथ ही कहा है कि जब मामले की जांच पूरी हो जाएगी उसके बाद ट्रायल बाहर ट्रांसफर करने पर विचार किया जा सकता है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने यह भी कहा कि हमें निगरानी करने की जरूरत नहीं है. देखें वीडियो.
Supreme Court on Tuesday has said neither is there any immediate need to move trial in the Hathras case to a court in Delhi, nor for Supreme Court to monitor the CBI probe.
