ज्ञानवापी मस्जिद में सर्वे का काम पूरा होने के बाद ये विवाद और गहरा गया है. हिंदू पक्ष की तरफ से दावा किया गया है कि मस्जिद परिसर के अंदर शिवलिंग मिला है, जबकि मुस्लिम पक्ष का कहना है कि वो शिवलिंग नहीं फव्वारा है. आज वाराणसी कोर्ट में इसपर सुनवाई हुई. फिलहाल कोर्ट कमिश्नर ने सर्वे रिपोर्ट जमा कराने के लिए दो दिन का वक्त और मांगा है. मामले पर आज सुप्रीम कोर्ट में भी सुनवाई होनी है. मस्जिद कमेटी ने सुप्रीम कोर्ट में दायर अपनी याचिका में सर्वे कराने पर ही सवाल उठाए हैं. देखें
The Varanasi court-appointed Commission that carried out the survey of the Kashi Vishwanath temple-Gyanvapi mosque complex has submitted an application in the court seeking two additional days to submit its report. The court had sought the survey report on Tuesday from Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra and two other commissioners it had appointed during a hearing on Thursday.
