केंद्र सरकार ने बॉर्डर सिक्योरिटी फोर्स (BSF) के अधिकारों का दायरा बढ़ा दिया है. पंजाब और बंगाल में पाकिस्तानी सीमा (Pakistan Border) से सटे भारतीय इलाके में 15 किलोमीटर अंदर तक ही बीएसएफ कार्रवाई कर सकती थी, लेकिन अब ये दायरा बढ़ाकर 50 किलोमीटर कर दिया गया है. बीएसएफ को 'ज्यादा पावर' देने का विरोध भी शुरू हो गया है. पंजाब और पश्चिम बंगाल ने केंद्र के इस फैसले का विरोध किया है. जानें पंजाब-बंगाल क्यों इस फैसले के खिलाफ हैं.
The central government has decided to increase the area of jurisdiction of the BSF along the international border in three states including Punjab, West Bengal and Assam. These states are now objecting this decision and specially in Punjab, it has raised some political hackles. Watch this report.
