कश्मीर के युवा नई कहानी लिख रहे हैं. जिस युवाओं के हाथों में पाकिस्तान बंदूक थमाना चाह रहा था. अब उन कश्मीरियों को हाथों में कलम दिखाई दे रही है. उन्हीं में से एक युवा हैं उमर निसार. जो आरजे हैं. उमर निसार रेडियो के माध्यम से सड़क, बिजली, पानी की समस्याओं तक प्रशासन की नजरें ले जाने का काम कर रहे हैं. उनका कहना है कि कश्मीर की आवाम उनके इस कम्यूनिटी रेडियो को हाथों- हाथ ले रही है. देखें रिपोर्ट.
Youth of Kashmir is writing a new story of success. One of them is Umar Nisar who is a RJ in Radio Rabta.
