दिल्ली में अब उप राज्यपाल को सरकार का दर्जा दिया जा रहा है. इसको लेकर केंद्र सरकार ने अधिसूचना भी जारी कर दी है. दरअसल सरकार ने 22 मार्च को लोकसभा और 24 मार्च को लोकसभा में दिल्ली के लिए GNCT एक्ट के तहत राज्य सरकार के अधिकारों में कटौती की थी. इसके तहत किसी भी फैसले को लेने के लिए दिल्ली सरकार को उपराज्यपाल की सलाह लेनी पड़ेगी. देखें वीडियो.
The central government issued a notification, which gives primacy to the Lieutenant Governor over the elected government in the city. According to the legislation, the government in Delhi means the Lieutenant Governor and the elected government will now have to seek the opinion of the L-G before taking any executive action.
