पेशे से शिक्षक उकार लाल यादव उन युवाओं के सपनों को पंख देने में जुटे हैं जिनके पास संसाधन नहीं है. जिनके पास आगे बढ़ने के लिए अच्छी कोचिंग के पैसे नहीं है. इस इलाके के सैंकडों लड़के-लड़कियां उकार लाल की एकेडमी में निशुल्क कोचिंग लेते हैं. उकार लाल इन युवाओं को फिजिकल के साथ-साथ रिटन एक्जाम की भी तैयारी करवाते हैं. पिछले 12 सालों से उकार लाल यादव युवाओं को तराश रहे हैं और अब तक 125 से ज्यादा लड़के-लड़कियों को डिफेंस सर्विसेज में भेज चुके हैं. देखें वीडियो.
