भारत के युवाओं के कौशल विकास पर ज़ोर दिया जाएगा और इसके लिए प्रधानमंत्री कौशल विकास योजना का विस्तार होगा. युवाओं के लिए Direct Benefit Transfer Scheme की शुरुआत की जाएगी यानि अब सरकार जो भी आर्थिक सहायता देगी, वो सीधे उनके खाते में पहुंचाएगी.
