यूपी में क्या मंत्री खुद को कानून से उपर मानते हैं? क्या वो जो चाहें कर सकते हैं. यूपी के पशुुधन मंत्री धर्म पाल सिंह को ट्रेन पकड़ने की इतनी जल्दबाजी थी कि लखनऊ स्टेशन के प्लेटफॉर्म पर कार चढा दी और एक्सीलेटर तक पहुंचकर ट्रेन पकड़ी. ये देखकर लोग सकते में आ गए. सफाई दी गई कि भारी बारिश हो रही थी और मंत्री जी को देर हो रही थी.
