कोरोना संक्रमण की लहर से देश बुरी तरह से जूझ रहा है. एक से 30 अप्रैल के बीच कोरोना से पूरे देश में 48 हजार 768 मौतें हुईं. इसमें भी 36 हजार लोगों की मौत तो पिछले दो हफ्ते के अंदर ही हुई है. अमेरिका के मशहूर महामारी एक्सपर्ट एंथनी फाउची ने तो सलाह दी है कि भारत में तुरंत कुछ हफ्ते का लॉकडाउन बहुत जरूरी है. इसी से संक्रमण की चेन को तोड़ा जा सकता है. फाउची के मुताबिक भारत बहुत मुश्किल हालात में है. जब ऐसे हालात सामने होते हैं तो ये देखना चाहिए कि तुरंत क्या कदम उठाए जा सकते हैं, अगले दो हफ्ते में क्या किया जा सकता है. देखें रिपोर्ट.
Top US epidemiologist Anthony Fauci has suggested a lockdown for a few weeks in India as an immediate step to contain the spread of the coronavirus as its deadly second wave shows no signs of ebbing. Fauci, in an interview with The Indian Express, said another most important thing in the immediate is to get supplies of oxygen, medication, PPEs.
