जनवरी भी बीत जाएगा, ठंड कब जाएगी?

जनवरी का महीना खत्म होने को है. लेकिन सर्दी जरा भी हमदर्दी नहीं दिखा रही. पहाड़ों पर जबरदस्त बर्फबारी के साथ बर्फीली हवाएं चल रही हैं. उत्तराखंड में बर्फबारी की वजह से हालात नहीं सुधर रहे. लोगों को मुश्किलों का सामना करना पड़ रहा है.

In Uttarakhand, cold wave conditions intensified following the fresh spell of snowfall in hilly areas and rain in plains of the state. All the major peaks of the state were covered with snow. MeT department predicts that heavy snowfall may occur in hilly areas and rains with hail is likely to occur at isolated places and in plains. In Himachal Pradesh, higher reaches received fresh snowfall while several areas in the plains and low hills were lashed by rains. As a result, the maximum temperatures across the hill-state dropped 6 to 7 degrees Celsius below normal. At minus 9 degrees Celsius, Keylong recorded the lowest temperature in the state.
