माणिक्य आभूषण की शुरुआत बागड़ी बाजार की छोटी गलियों से हुई, लेकिन उनके सपने उससे भी बड़े थे. आज उनके छोटे व्यवसाय को फ्लिपकार्ट की मदद से सफलता मिली है. खास बात यह है कि उन्होंने 300 से अधिक ग्रामीण महिलाओं को रोजगार देकर उनको भी सशक्त किया है.
