नोटबंदी को 5 जजों की बेंच में से एक जज ने बताया गलत, जान‍िए इनसाइड स्टोरी

असल में एक फैसला सुप्रीम कोर्ट के पांच जजों की एक बेंच ने सुनाया, जिनमें से चार जजों ने तो नोटबंदी को संवैधानिक माना लेकिन एक जज ने ये कहा कि केन्द्र सरकार के इस फैसले के दौरान जो प्रक्रिया अपनाई, उसमें खामियां थीं लेकिन क्योंकि चार जजों ने नोटबंदी को सही माना इसलिए ये फैसला बहुमत से केन्द्र सरकार के पक्ष में गया.

A decision was given by a bench of five judges of the Supreme Court, out of which four judges considered demonetisation as constitutional, but one judge said that there were flaws in the process adopted by the Central Government during this decision. Watch this video to know more.
