Ek Ladki Ko Dekha To Aisa Laga को शैली चोपड़ा ने डायरेक्ट किया है और विधु विनोद चोपड़ा ने प्रोड्यूस किया है. बीते द‍िनों फिल्म की टीम प्रमोशन के लिए कप‍िल शर्मा के चैट शो पर नजर आई थी. मूवी के 2 ट्रेलर रिलीज हुए थे. दूसरे ट्रेलर से काफी हद तक कहानी का खुलासा हो गया था.

मीडिया रिपोर्ट्स के मुताबि‍क, सोनम कपूर की फिल्म ELKDTAL ने रिलीज से पहले ही बजट की आधी लागत निकाल ली है. इसका बजट 35-40 करोड़ बताया जा रहा है. मूवी के सैटेलाइट और दूसरे राइट्स 15-20 करोड़ में बिके हैं. ऐसे में कहा जा सकता है कि फिल्म को रिलीज से पहले ही शानदार ओपनिंग मिल गई है.

फिल्म ''एक लड़की को देखा तो ऐसा लगा'' बॉक्स ऑफिस पर पहले दिन 2-3 करोड़ की कमाई कर सकती है. ट्रेड एनालिस्ट का कहना है कि मूवी का वीकेंड कलेक्शन फैंस के रिएक्शन के आधार पर तय किया जाएगा. इसकी कहानी मसाला मूवी से अलग है. इसलिए पहले दिन ELKDTAL को जबदस्त ओपनिंग मिलने की गुंजाइश कम ही है.
