जम्मू कश्मीर से अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने के केंद्र के फैसले पर सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने मुहर लगा दी है. आज सर्वोच्च अदालत ने अपने फैसले में कहा कि केंद्र सरकार के अनुच्छेद 370 हटाने का अधिकार है. अनुच्छेद 370 एक अस्थायी प्रावधान था और जम्मू कश्मीर के विलय के साथ ही उसकी संप्रभुता खत्म हो गई थी. सुप्रीम कोर्ट के फैसले का प्रधानमंत्री नरेंद्र मोदी, गृह मंत्री अमित शाह और बीजेपी अध्यक्ष जेपी नड्डा ने स्वागत किया है.
