We are all set for the semifinals stage of the T20 World Cup and it's going to be England taking on New Zealand in semifinal 1, in Abu Dhabi. Both teams have won four matches and lost just one match en route to the knockouts. England won four in a row with some commanding performances but South Africa reminded them that they aren't invincible after all. This might just be a blessing in disguise as suffering a loss makes one think about how the performances can be bettered. England will be without Jason Roy, which is a huge blow but his replacement, James Vince hasn't had a shabby 2021 either. England do seem to have all bases covered fairly well. Moving on to New Zealand, the Kiwis started off with a loss but went on to win four on the bounce with some really strong performances. Bowling has been their strong suit so far, with Trent Boult firing on all cylinders. Their batting will definitely be bolstered with the top four getting some runs under their belt now. With all that said, England have looked a bit better overall but the Kiwis will be out for revenge. Will Kane Williamson's side avenge their 2019 World Cup final loss or will Eoin Morgan guide his side into yet another final?
