अफगानिस्तान में तालिबान के सत्ता में काबिज होने के बाद भी अस्थिरता का माहौल है. अफगानिस्तान के उत्तरी कुंदूज प्रांत में जुमे की नमाज के दौरान एक शिया मस्जिद में आत्मघाती बम हमला हुआ है. जिसमें सौ से ज्यादा लोगों की मौत हो गई है और बड़ी संख्या में लोग घायल हुए हैं. हमले की जिम्मेदारी IS-खुलासान समूह ने ली है. उधर तालिबान की स्पेशल टीम घटना स्थल पर पहुंच कर हमले की जांच में जुटी है. इससे पहले रविवार को काबुल की एक मस्जिद में हुए विस्फोट में कम से कम 12 लोगों की मौत हो गई थी और 32 अन्य घायल हो गए थे. देखें वीडियो.
