2 May को Government of India ने देशभर में Cell Broadcast System की बड़े स्तर पर Testing की थी. हालांकि, यह Service सभी Users तक नहीं पहुंच पाई. जिन लोगों के Smartphone में Cell Broadcast Feature बंद है, Phone Outdated है या Network Compatibility नहीं है, उन्हें ये Alert नहीं मिला होगा.
