हिजाब पर स्कूलों और कॉलेजों में फिलहाल बैन जारी रहेगा. सुप्रीम कोर्ट को आज इस पर फैसला सुनाना था लेकिन आज हिजाब पर हिसाब बाकी रह गया. सुप्रीम कोर्ट की दो सदस्यीय बेंच का बंटा हुआ फैसला आया है. जस्टिस हेमंत गुप्ता ने कर्नाटक हाईकोर्ट के फैसले को सही ठहराया है. लेकिन दूसरे जस्टिस जस्टिस सुधांशु धूलिया ने कर्नाटक हाइकोर्ट के गलत ठहराया. यानी हिजाब को बैन करना गलत है.
