Even before Diwali, pollution in Delhi has reached very dangerous levels. At 1 am in the night, AQI level of 999 was recorded in Ashok Vihar area of New Delhi. In other areas too, the situation is getting worse due to pollution. According to the Meteorological Department, there is no possibility of rain at present, hence there is no hope of relief from pollution.
