The operation to rescue 41 laborers trapped in the Silkyara Tunnel accident in Uttarkashi has intensified. Now vertical drilling has also started from the upper part of the tunnel. By 7 pm yesterday, relief workers had completed drilling of about 20 meters. Work continued last night also. According to the information, 86 meters of drilling is to be done here.
