दिल्ली एनसीआर में कड़ाके की ठंड पड़ रही है. आज दिल्ली में न्यूनतम तापमान 4 डिग्री पहुंच गया. ठंड की वजह से ट्रेनों के आवागमन पर भी असर पड़ा है. सिर्फ दिल्ली नहीं, पूरा उत्तरी भारत ठंड की चपेट में है. चंडीगढ़ में तापमान 2.8 डिग्री पहुंच गया. पठानकोट में भी मौसम ने करवट ले ली है, पूरा शहर शीत लहर से जम गया.
