स्वास्थ्य सेवा से जुड़े मामले में सुप्रीम कोर्ट से यूपी की योगी सरकार को बड़ी राहत मिली है. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने इलाहाबाद हाईकोर्ट के उस फैसले पर रोक लगा दी है जिसमें हाईकोर्ट ने यूपी के छोटे शहरों और ग्रामीण अंचल में स्वास्थ्य सेवा को राम भरोसे करार दिया था और आदेश जारी किया था कि यूपी सरकार हर गांव में 2 एंबुलेंस मुहैया कराए. यूपी के हर मेडिकल कॉलेजों में संजय गांधी मेडिकल कॉलेज जैसी सुविधाएं हों, अस्पतालों, ICU और ऑक्सीजन बेडों का बंदोबस्त हो. सुप्रीम कोर्ट ने हाईकोर्ट को इस फैसले पर नसीहत दी है कि आदेश ऐसे जारी किए जाएं जिन पर अमल किया जा सके. देखें
The Supreme Court on Friday stayed order of Allahabad High Court in which it said that entire medical system in villages and small cities of Uttar Pradesh is at God's mercy ("Ram bharose") amid the Covid-19 pandemic. A vacation bench of Justices Vineet Saran and BR Gavai said that the directions of High Court passed on May 17 shall not be treated as directives but advice to state government. It said that high courts should refrain themselves from passing directions which cannot be implemented.
